ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Appointments are highly recommended in ALL ordinance areas. Those with appointments will be given priority and then if there is room available in an ordinance, walk-ins may attend. We encourage you to make appointments. It will eliminate possible frustration for you as things continue to become busier at the temple. This is becoming a problem for the temple. Please make appointments in ALL ordinance areas. If you are having trouble making
appointments or need help, contact Gary or Ruth Ann Chambers.
UPCOMING EVENTS - This year our ward temple day is on the third Tuesday of each month. Each individual will need to make their own appointment. We suggest you make your appointment in advance to ensure that space is available at the designated session. If you cannot attend a session, we encourage you to attend an
ordinance of your choice sometime during that day. The ward temple days for the second quarter of 2024 will be as follows:

Please arrive 30 minutes before the session begins. - Our next scheduled sealing opportunity will be April 16, 2024. We have scheduled appointments at 6:00 pm, 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm. A sign-up sheet will be passed in church on April 14th.
- Ongoing program to have youth help with BAPTISMS & CONFIRMATIONS
Thanks to our great youth leaders, the youth in the ward make 2-3 trips a year to the temple to do baptisms and confirmations. There are times when they could help other ward members by taking their cards and doing the work. This program worked wonderfully last year, and we will continue with it this year. A reminder of how the program works:
1 month before the youth go, if you have baptisms and confirmations needing to be done, give them to Gary or Ruth Ann Chambers. They will keep track of what you give them.
They will coordinate with the youth leaders and get your cards to them.
The youth will take them to the temple and do as many names as they can.
Names not done will be returned to you by the Chambers.

The Temple Department defines “Submitter” as follows:
“A member is counted once who submits one or more names for temple work. A submission includes printing a Family Ordinance Request, printing a family name card, or sharing a name with the temple.”
We encourage you to include temple work as part of your planning.
